Điểu 2.1 — Quyền sở hữu
Section 2.1 — Ownership
Toàn bộ mã nguồn, thuật toán Apps Script, cấu trúc dữ liệu và giao diện Dashboard đều thuộc sở hữu độc quyền của Công ty Cổ phần DELULU.
All source code, Apps Script algorithms, data structures on GitHub/Google Sheets, and Dashboard interfaces are the exclusive property of DELULU Joint Stock Company.
Điểu 2.2 — Cấp quyền sử dụng
Section 2.2 — License Grant
Khách hàng được cấp quyền sử dụng cá nhân (License), không phải quyền sở hữu. Khách hàng không được phép sao chép, phân phối lại, dịch mã ngược (decompile) hoặc can thiệp vào cấu trúc hệ thống.
Customers are granted a personal-use license, not ownership of intellectual property. Customers are not permitted to copy, redistribute, decompile, or interfere with DELULU’s system architecture in any form.
Điểu 2.3 — Bảo mật bí mật kinh doanh
Section 2.3 — Trade Secret Protection
Mọi hành vi cố tình xâm nhập trái phép vào mã nguồn sẽ bị xử lý theo pháp luật Việt Nam về Bí mật kinh doanh.
Any intentional unauthorized access to source code will be treated as a violation of Trade Secrets and prosecuted under Vietnamese law.

Personalized Watermark via National ID
Mỗi bản eBook được hệ thống tự động nhúng thông tin định danh (Họ tên + Số CCCD) vào nội dung. Chia sẻ trái phép đồng nghĩa tự lộ thông tin nhạy cảm của chính khách hàng.
Every eBook has your personal identity information automatically embedded (Full Name + National ID number) throughout the content. Unauthorized sharing exposes your own sensitive personal data.
Điểu 3.1 — Định danh cá nhân
Section 3.1 — Personal Identification
Hệ thống DELULU sẽ tự động nhúng thông tin định danh bao gồm Họ tên và Số CCCD của khách hàng vào từng trang của tệp Ebook.
DELULU’s system automatically embeds identity information including the customer’s full name and national ID number directly into every page of the eBook file.
Điểu 3.2 — Trách nhiệm bảo mật
Section 3.2 — Security Responsibility
Khách hàng có trách nhiệm tự bảo quản tệp Ebook cá nhân. Việc chia sẻ tệp này cho bên thứ ba sẽ làm lộ thông tin nhạy cảm của chính khách hàng và bị coi là vi phạm bản quyền.
Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal eBook file. Sharing this file with third parties will expose the customer’s own sensitive information and constitutes a breach of the copyright agreement.
Điểu 3.3 — Cam kết dữ liệu nhạy cảm
Section 3.3 — Sensitive Data Commitment
DELULU cam kết chỉ sử dụng thông tin CCCD cho mục đích định danh bảo mật tệp tin và không sử dụng cho bất kỳ mục đích nào khác mà không có sự đồng ý.
DELULU commits to using National ID data solely for file security identification purposes and not for any other purpose without the customer’s explicit consent.

Điểu 4.1 — Dữ liệu hành vi
Section 4.1 — Behavioral Data
Khách hàng đồng ý để hệ thống QR thu thập các dữ liệu phi cá nhân (Metadata) bao gồm: loại thiết bị (OS, Device), vị trí địa lý và tần suất quét mã — nhằm phục vụ mục đích thống kê trên Dashboard.
Customers agree to allow DELULU’s QR system to collect non-personal metadata including: device type (OS, model), geographic location, and scan frequency — for the purpose of Dashboard analytics.
Điểu 4.2 — Tính minh bạch
Section 4.2 — Transparency
DELULU đảm bảo không thu thập thông tin định danh trái phép của người quét mã nếu không có sự thông báo rõ ràng.
DELULU guarantees it will not collect personal identifying information from QR code scanners without clear and explicit prior notice.

Điểu 5.1 — Thanh toán
Section 5.1 — Payment
Khách hàng thực hiện thanh toán chuyển khoản theo mã đơn hàng tự động được gửi từ hệ thống email của DELULU.
Customers complete payment via bank transfer using the order code automatically issued by DELULU’s email system.

Không hoàn tiền sau khi giao sản phẩm
No Refunds After Product Delivery
Do tính chất của Sản phẩm số (có thể sao chép và tiêu dùng ngay sau khi nhận), DELULU không áp dụng chính sách hoàn trả tiền sau khi hệ thống đã gửi sản phẩm thành công qua Email.
Due to the nature of Digital Products (immediately replicable and consumable upon receipt), DELULU does not offer refunds once the system has successfully delivered the product to the customer’s email.
Điểu 5.3 — Phí cập nhật eCard
Section 5.3 — eCard Update Fees
Sau lần bàn giao chính thức đầu tiên, mọi nhu cầu thay đổi thông tin trên eCard sẽ được tính phí dịch vụ theo lượt (mức phí quy định trên website tại thời điểm yêu cầu).
Following the initial official handover, any requests to update information on an eCard will incur a per-instance service fee (specific rates published on the website at the time of request).

Automated System Operates 24/7
Đặt hàng và gửi mã tự động hoạt động liên tục. Xác nhận thanh toán thủ công và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật được thực hiện trong giờ hành chính.
Order placement and code delivery are fully automated and run continuously. Manual payment confirmation and technical support are performed during business hours only.
Điểu 6.1 — Email xác nhận
Section 6.1 — Confirmation Email
Khách hàng có trách nhiệm cung cấp chính xác địa chỉ Email và số điện thoại. DELULU không chịu trách nhiệm trong trường hợp sản phẩm không được chuyển giao do lỗi thông tin từ phía khách hàng.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and phone number. DELULU accepts no liability for non-delivery of products resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Điểu 6.2 — Thời gian hỗ trợ
Section 6.2 — Support Hours
Mặc dù hệ thống đặt hàng và gửi mã tự động 24/7, việc xác nhận thanh toán thủ công và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật sẽ được thực hiện trong giờ hành chính.
While the ordering and code delivery system operates 24/7, manual payment confirmation by staff and technical support will be carried out during business hours.

Các điều khoản này được điều chỉnh bởi pháp luật Việt Nam. Mọi tranh chấp nếu không thể thỏa thuận sẽ được giải quyết tại Tòa án có thẩm quyền tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement shall be referred to the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
